We'll spend 90 focused minutes together- whether virtually or in-person (depending on geography). It's your opportunity to pick my brain from a business perspective- ask as many questions as you can and I'll answer them as best as I can. I'll ask you a series of questions that will be centered around the specific topic within your business that requires attention. From there I will develop an initial Summary Report from our Meeting- delivered to you within 1 week. Then, upon your approval, we'll develop a step by step strategic plan designed around getting you unstuck. It will be focused on real tangible action steps over the subsequent 90 days. At the end we'll review. You'll get email support from us during the 90 days as well!
There are so many moving parts in any business that we do need to drill down and focus on one, or maybe two, specific aspects of your business. Let's look at the most pressing matters first and then figure out how to tackle the rest.
